根据协议，诺比侃将向合作方提供以下自主研发软件及配套技术服务： 1. NBK行业应用平台V2.0系列软件（含物联监控子系统、大数据处理子系统、智能监控子系统、智能验损子系统）； 2. GIS定位地图辅助定位管理系统V1.0； 3. 诺比侃智能机器人巡检及电气操作辅助系统V1.0； 4. AI运维大数据分析软件； 5. 以上软件的配套技术服务。

公告指出，该合作方为国内领先的AI算力芯片及智算基础设施厂商，其产品已广泛应用于AI数据中心、电信、能源、金融科技等领域。诺比侃表示，本次合同体现了公司AI工业软件在智算中心场景的适配能力，有望提升市场认知度，并为后续同类业务奠定基础。

公司董事会确认，该协议属于日常及一般业务范畴，若顺利履行，预计将对未来经营业绩产生一定积极影响。协议履行不会导致公司对交易对方形成业务依赖，合作方及其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方。
