伟工控股有限公司（01793）19日晚间公告称，应公司要求，其股份将自2026年8月20日（星期四）上午九时正起于香港联合交易所有限公司短暂停止买卖。公司表示，是次停牌旨在待刊发一份根据《香港公司收购及合并守则》作出的公告；有关公告的内容构成公司之内幕消息。
