同日，公司依据2023年5月17日采纳的2023年购股权计划，因行使购股权发行21,075股普通股，每股发行价为297.55港元，占发行前已发行股本约0.00023%。发行后公司已发行股份总数为9,103,112,792股，库藏股数量为0股。
回购授权于2026年5月13日经公司会议获得通过，公司目前可回购股份总数为911,799,163股。截至本次回购后，公司已根据该授权于交易所或其他证券交易所合计回购36,745,700股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.403%。公司指出，本次在场内回购后30日内将暂止进一步发行新股或转让库藏股。
公司确认，相关事项已经董事会正式授权批准，并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书刘淑仪签署。
