海峡石油化工控股有限公司（以下简称“海峡石油化工”）根据香港公司收购及合并守则规则3.7发布每月更新公告，披露控股股东西班牙国际有限公司（FWI）清盘相关进展。
公告显示，FWI作为海峡石油化工控股股东，持有公司1,041,746,000股普通股（即“待售股份”），占公司已发行股本总额约49.06%。此前，FWI已进入清盘程序并委任联席清盘人，清盘人正为待售股份物色潜在买家。
根据清盘人告知，于2026年5月29日，清盘人与竞标者Speed Success Group Limited（以下简称“Speed Success”）就出售待售股份订立买卖协议。Speed Success由王健生先生全资拥有。
海峡石油化工表示，将根据收购守则规则3.5，在切实可行情况下尽快作出进一步公告。同时，公司股份已自2024年12月31日上午九时起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续停牌直至另行通知。
公告提醒，公司股东及潜在投资者应知悉，不保证买卖协议一定会完成或将会触发收购守则规则26.1项下的强制性全面要约。股东及潜在投资者于买卖公司证券时需审慎行事，如有疑问应咨询专业顾问。
