Kinwong Electronics Forecasts Q3 Net Profit of 912 Million to 1.089 Billion Yuan, Up 205.46%-264.74% Year-on-Year

Shenzhen Kinwong Electronic Co., Ltd. (603228.SH) has issued a pre-increase announcement for its 2026 third-quarter results, projecting net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company to range between 912 million yuan and 1.089 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 205.46% to 264.74%.

The company also expects net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, to reach between 939 million yuan and 1.116 billion yuan for the 2026 third quarter, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 294.34% to 368.68%.

In the 2026 third quarter, benefiting from accelerated mass production and shipment of high-performance PCBs in the high-speed communication and AI data infrastructure sectors, combined with reasonable cost-price transmission in general product areas, optimization of order structure, and internal cost reduction and efficiency enhancement measures, the company anticipates relatively rapid year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter growth in both revenue and net profit for the 2026 third quarter.

As of the end of the reporting period, the company maintains a full order book in the AI server and data center, as well as high-speed optical module segments, with high capacity utilization rates and yield rates. The company is making every effort to ensure the achievement of delivery targets.
