4月23日，中东地缘政治持续影响，港股上午盘三大指数指数下挫，恒生科技指数大幅下跌2.31%，恒生指数、国企指数分别下跌1.12%及0.99%，恒指失守26000点。
截止午间收盘，港股期权半日成交超35万张，其中，腾讯控股成交量居首，期权成交超7.7万张；阿里巴巴-W名列次席，期权成交超2.7万张；小米集团-W位居第三，期权成交近2万张。
权重科技股继续弱势，腾讯控股跌近2%；期权方面，腾讯控股半日成交超7.7万张，环比前一交易日大增，其中于7月30日到期行使价为380港元的认沽期权成交居前，成交6000张。
泡泡玛特续跌逾2%；期权方面，泡泡玛特半日成交近1.9万张，多数认沽期权成交量居前，其中于4月29日到期行使价为150港元的认沽期权成交近1500张。
