Following the company's Annual General Meeting, the resolution to reappoint Dahua Ma Shiyun CPA Limited as the company's auditor was not approved by shareholders. Consequently, Dahua Ma Shiyun CPA Limited has stepped down from its role as the company's auditor, effective immediately from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
