Million Cities Holdings Limited announced that Non-Executive Director Lau Ka Keung will resign effective 1 April 2026, citing the need to devote more time to other public service commitments. His departure also includes relinquishing positions on both the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

The company confirmed that Lau has no disagreements with the Board and that no other matters require shareholder or exchange attention in connection with his resignation.

Following the change, the Board will comprise: • Executive Directors: Wong Ting Chung (Chairman and CEO) and Li Wa Tat, Benedict • Non-Executive Director: Wong Wai Ling • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Ip Shu Kwan, Stephen; Li Yinquan; Man Wing Yee, Ginny

The Board expressed its gratitude for Lau’s contributions during his tenure.
