建业地产2026年上半年营收39.30亿元，经调整净亏损18.34亿元

建业地产发布2026年上半年财报，报告期内实现营收39.30亿元，同比下降40.2%。公司经调整净亏损为18.34亿元，同比扩大39.2%。财报显示，毛利率为8.0%，同比下降0.2个百分点。

本期销售及市场费用为1.51亿元，同比下降21.9%；占营收比例从上年同期的2.9%上升至3.8%。一般及行政开支为2.50亿元，同比下降9.3%；占营收比例由上年同期的4.2%提升至6.4%。报告期内经营活动现金流约为3.81亿元，相比上年同期的净流出1.26亿元大幅改善。

\n\n业务分项方面，期内房地产开发实现营收34.39亿元，同比下降42.1%；酒店板块收入1.47亿元，同比下降9.4%。公司提到大环境及行业深度调整对整体业绩造成了持续压力，房地产市场销售和投融资环境仍在修复阶段。

\n\n高管解读方面，董事会主席胡葆森在报告中表示，公司将继续致力于“回归房地产业务本源”，集中优势资源投入核心城市和优质项目，实现高品质可持续发展；同时会进一步加强项目开发进度与费用管控，确保如期交付。董事会强调，面对宏观形势和市场环境的挑战，将通过强化协同、优化投资和运营效率、完善现金流管理等举措稳步推进战略目标的落实。
