Yeahka Delivers Record H1 Profit Margin Despite 23.9% Revenue Dip; Declares First-Ever Interim Dividend

Hong Kong – 27 Aug 2026 – Yeahka Limited reported its strongest half-year profit margin since 2023, with net profit for the six months ended 30 June 2026 edging up 1.30% year on year to RMB41.92 million, despite a 23.9% fall in total revenue to RMB1.25 billion amid Mainland macro-economic softness.

Financial highlights • Revenue: RMB1.25 billion, down 23.9% YoY, as Mainland gross payment volume (GPV) contracted 23.0% to RMB880.42 billion. • Gross profit: RMB360.13 million, down 6.0% YoY; group gross margin expanded 5.5 ppt to 28.8% on improved mix and fee discipline. • Net profit: RMB41.92 million, representing a 3.4% net margin (up 0.9 ppt YoY). • Core EBITDA: RMB138.53 million, down 24.6% YoY, reflecting lower amortisation credits. • Operating expenses: admin and R&D costs fell 8.1% YoY, aided by deeper AI-driven efficiencies. • Dividend: first interim payout since listing at HK$0.03 per share (total HK$13.80 million), with share buybacks of 0.21% of issued shares (HK$5.6 million).

Business performance 1. One-stop payment services – Revenue dropped 21.8% to RMB1.12 billion; however, gross profit surged 24.9% to RMB243.99 million and margin widened to 21.8% (H1 2025: 13.7%). – Mainland GPV fell sharply, but fee rate held at 12.3 bps. – Hong Kong, Macao & overseas GPV quadrupled to RMB6.00 billion (+293.8% YoY); segment fee rate remained high at 63.1 bps, driving gross profit up 137.1% to RMB16.39 million. Yeahka targets this region to supply roughly 50% of payment profit within three years and has secured a U.S. digital-currency payment licence in Arizona.

2. Merchant solutions – Revenue slid 46.4% to RMB100.05 million amid regulatory tightening in Mainland lending and proactive risk pruning. – Gross profit of RMB94.14 million, margin lifted to 94.1% on higher AI-enhanced service mix.

3. In-store e-commerce – GMV exceeded RMB3.20 billion, up more than 75% YoY. – Revenue rose 21.2% to RMB31.14 million; gross profit increased 26.0% to RMB22.00 million; margin improved to 70.7%. – AI-generated video solutions saw transaction value jump 207% YoY to RMB244.10 million and secured multiple marketing awards.

Balance sheet & liquidity • Cash and cash equivalents: RMB865.04 million, up 14.6% from end-2025. • Total assets: RMB7.65 billion; liabilities-to-assets ratio eased to 61.2% (end-2025: 64.7%). • Gearing ratio marginally lower at 32.4%.

Strategic outlook Yeahka will intensify overseas expansion, leveraging recently obtained U.S. digital currency capabilities and Japan market entry plans. The group intends to deepen AI integration across operations and merchant services, sustain cost discipline, and pursue further share buybacks/dividends to enhance shareholder returns.
