Dmall Buys Back 0.57 Million Shares; Treasury Stock Rises to 69.73 Million

Dmall Inc. disclosed that it repurchased 565,500 ordinary shares on 7 July 2026 via on-exchange transactions, moving the shares into treasury.

The repurchase was executed within a price range of HKD 6.02 to HKD 6.18 per share, at a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 6.07. The total consideration amounted to HKD 3.43 million.

Key capital movements: • Issued shares (excluding treasury) fell from 868.35 million to 867.78 million, a reduction of 0.07%. • Treasury shares increased from 69.16 million to 69.73 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 937.51 million.

Mandate utilisation: • The buy-back forms part of a mandate approved on 5 June 2026 covering up to 88.37 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 15.93 million shares, equivalent to 1.80% of the issued share base on the mandate date. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales runs until 6 August 2026.

Governance and compliance: The board confirmed that the transaction adhered to Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules, relevant laws and the company’s authorised repurchase mandate.
