根据公告，公司现行回购授权于2025年5月15日获得股东大会通过，最多可回购322,992,687股。截至本次回购后，公司已累计回购840,000股，占回购授权时已发行股份总数约0.026%。回购完成后，华宝国际的已发行股份总数维持在3,229,926,876股，库藏股份数目仍为零。
