CALC (01848) announced that on December 30, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, CALC (BVI) (the Buyer), entered into an amendment to the 2014 Aircraft Purchase Agreement with Airbus S.A.S. (Airbus, the Seller). Pursuant to this amendment, CALC (BVI) has agreed to purchase 30 Airbus A320neo series aircraft from Airbus. The additional Airbus aircraft are expected to be delivered to the Company in phases, with deliveries scheduled to be completed by 2033.
