北亞策略控股有限公司（「公司」或「北亞策略控股」，股票代號：08080）於2026年1月2日提交的2025年12月股份變動月報表顯示，截至2025年12月31日，公司整體股本結構保持穩定，並無新增發行、購回或註銷股份活動。
北亞策略控股的法定股本總額為港幣700,000,000元，其中包括4,000,000,000股普通股（面值各0.1港元）及3,000,000,000股可換股優先股（面值各0.1港元）。於報告期末，普通股及可換股優先股的法定股本均與上月持平，分別為港幣400,000,000元及港幣300,000,000元。普通股已發行數量維持在454,509,311股，並無庫存股份變動。
