GILSTON GROUP (02011) announced that Ms. YU Qian Ting has tendered her resignation from the positions of Company Secretary, the Company's Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and the Company's Legal Process Agent in Hong Kong for accepting legal documents or notices under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), effective from January 23, 2026.

The Board of Directors further announced the appointment of Mr. CHAN Kam Fuk as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent to succeed Ms. YU, with all appointments also taking effect from January 23, 2026.
