英皇钟表珠宝有限公司（00887）8月21日发布澄清公告，修订其2026年8月20日刊发的截至2026年6月30日止六个月之中期业绩公告中关于“暂停办理股东登记手续”及“记录日期”的内容。
公告指出，为厘定股东享有中期股息的资格，公司将于2026年9月4日（星期五）至2026年9月7日（星期一）（首尾两天包括在内）暂停办理股东登记手续，期间将不接受任何股份过户登记。
股东如欲符合享有中期股息资格，须于2026年9月3日（星期四）16时30分前，将已妥为填妥的过户表格及相关股票送交股份过户登记处卓佳证券登记有限公司（地址：香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼）办理登记。
中期股息的记录日期由原公告所述的2026年9月3日（星期四）更正为2026年9月7日（星期一）。除上述修订外，中期业绩公告的其他内容维持不变。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事杨诺思女士、梁浩昌先生、范敏嫦女士；独立非执行董事廖庆雄先生、罗家明先生及黎家凤女士。
