BOCOM INTL (03329) announced that Mr. Tan Yueheng has resigned from his position as an executive director of the company due to work adjustments, effective January 1, 2026. Following his resignation, Mr. Tan will automatically cease to be a member of the Board's Strategy and Risk Management Committee.
