On September 25, 2026, UBS Group AG made a full disposal of its interest in HENGRUI PHARMA by returning borrowed shares under a securities lending agreement.
Prior to the disposal, UBS Group AG held 13.36 million shares of HENGRUI PHARMA (H shares), representing 5.17% of the total. Following the return of borrowed shares, the holding decreased to 11.85 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.59%.
