该回购股份占回购前公司已发行股本（不含库存股）的约0.0142%。每股价格在37.88港元至38.48港元之间，本次交易总额约164万港元。回购后，公司已发行股本（不含库存股）降至301,757,586股，库存股增至466,000股，合计股本仍为302,223,586股。
本次回购依据2025年12月16日股东大会批准的购回授权进行，可回购股份总数为30,222,358股。截至目前，公司已累计回购466,000股。公司同时确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。
