Novautek Technologies Group Limited (Stock Code: 519) has released information on its Board of Directors, which comprises two Executive Directors and three Independent Non-Executive Directors. The Executive Directors are Chairman, Mr. Wu Zhanming, and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wang Chunsheng. The Independent Non-Executive Directors are Mr. Jiang Pengzhi, Mr. Yang Ye, and Ms. Tsang Fung Chu JP.
The company has three Board committees. The Audit Committee is chaired by Ms. Tsang and also includes Mr. Jiang and Mr. Yang. The Remuneration Committee is chaired by Mr. Yang, with Ms. Tsang and Mr. Wu as members. The Nomination Committee is chaired by Mr. Wu and includes Mr. Jiang and Ms. Tsang.
