OKURA HOLDINGS (01655) announced that Mr. Man Yun Wah has stepped down as the Company Secretary and the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX Listing Rules), effective from November 13, 2025. Following Mr. Man's departure, Ms. Mak Nga Yuen, who possesses the requisite professional qualifications and relevant experience as stipulated under Rule 3.28 of the HKEX Listing Rules, has been appointed as the Company Secretary and authorized representative, effective from November 13, 2025, succeeding Mr. Man.
