青岛银行股份有限公司（03866）8月14日发布公告称，董事会将于2026年8月27日（星期四）召开会议，拟审议并批准本行及其附属公司截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩及相关事宜。
公告显示，目前董事会由执行董事景在伦、吴显明、陈霜及刘鹏；非执行董事邓友成、Rosario Strano、周云杰、Giamberto Giraldo及谭丽霞；独立非执行董事邢乐成、张旭、张文础、杜宁及张世兴组成。
青岛银行特别提醒投资者，公司并非香港《银行业条例》（第155章）所指认可机构，不受香港金融管理局监管，亦未获授权在香港经营银行及／或接受存款业务。
