IMPERIUM TEC GP (00776) has announced that Mr. Lu Wenlong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from September 1, 2026.
Mr. Lu has also been appointed as the chairman of the board's remuneration committee, as well as a member of the board's audit committee and nomination committee, with the same effective date.
