Bojun Education releases 2026 interim report online; shareholders may obtain free printed copies on request

On 21 May 2026, Bojun Education Company Limited announced that its 2026 interim report is now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (www.bojuneducation.com).

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic version can request a printed copy at no cost. Written requests should be directed to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or submitted by email to 1758-ecom@vistra.com.

Future corporate communications will be distributed electronically whenever a functional email address is supplied through custodians, brokers or other intermediaries. If an email or postal address is not provided via HKSCC Nominees Limited, no notification of web publication will be sent.

Shareholders preferring hard copies for all forthcoming corporate communications may complete the enclosed request form and return it to Tricor. Each request remains valid until revoked, superseded, or the end of the company’s financial year, whichever is earlier.
