China Everbright Water Limited (U9E) said on Jan, 28 2026 that Executive Director and Vice President Wang Yuexing and Chief Financial Officer Song Libin will relinquish their roles effective Feb, 02 2026 as part of an internal management restructuring.

Wang will also step down as a member of the Strategy Committee and will remain with the company as a Senior Advisor.

The company noted that Ge Dan, General Manager of the Finance Management Department, will work with Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Xiong Jianping to oversee finance and accounting functions while the search for a new CFO is underway.

Both executives stated they have no disagreements with the board and that no issues need to be brought to shareholders’ attention, the filing said.
