中国电信(00728)于2026年5月19日举行年度股东会，正式通过2025年度利润分配方案，每股派发末期股息人民币0.0908元（含税），折合每股0.103910港元。末期股息预计将于2026年7月8日支付。
按截至2025年12月31日公司总股本91,507,138,699股计算，本次末期利润分配合计拟派发现金红利约83.09亿元。加上2025年中期已派发股息每股0.1812元，全年股息为每股0.2720元，合计约248.90亿元，占2025年度股东应占利润的75%。
股权登记安排方面，H股股东须于2026年6月3日下午4时30分前办理股份过户登记，权益登记日为2026年6月9日；期间2026年6月4日至6月9日暂停办理H股股份过户登记。A股股息发放的具体安排将在上海证券交易所另行公告。
股息将以人民币计值及宣派，A股股东及港股通投资者以人民币收取，其他H股股东以港元收取。公司同时就代扣代缴企业所得税及个人所得税等税务安排作出说明，境外H股非居民企业股东按10%税率代扣企业所得税；H股个人股东将根据居民身份及税收协议适用10%至20%不等的个人所得税预扣税率。
