7月25日，中国抗体-B盘中涨超19%，公司配股筹资净筹3.69亿港元，拟用于SM03临床试验等项目。
消息面上，中国抗体公告，拟发行1.82亿股新股份，认购价为每股2.03港元。此次发行预计净筹集款项约3.69亿港元。所得款项净额将按以下比例使用：20%用于SM03的临床试验及新研发项目；30%用于新候选药物的临床前研究（包括IND申报准备），以实现产品组合多元化；50%用于集团的营运资金、内部能力扩充及一般企业用途。
值得注意的是，经近期与国家药监局药品审评中心（CDE）沟通后，公司已自愿撤回舒西利单抗在中国用于治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的BLA申请。该决定乃经内部评估后作出，该评估确定需要补充早期疗效的证据以支持BLA的审批。公司对舒西利单抗获批准于中国上市仍具信心，已开始规划舒西利单抗用于治疗系统性红斑狼疮的新临床开发计划。
