诺亚控股(06686)于2026年3月23日发布翌日披露报表称，公司于2026年3月20日（美国东部时间）在纽约证券交易所回购32,256份美国存托股份，相当于161,280股普通股，占当日公司已发行股本约0.0481%。
本次回购每股价格介乎2.246美元至2.294美元，合计耗资367,470.03美元。公司公告显示，回购完成后，诺亚控股已发行股本仍为335,258,287股，库藏股数为0。
该回购依据2025年6月12日股东周年大会通过的购回授权进行。公告同时确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法例。
