康臣药业（01681）于2026年6月24日发布公告，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股合计3万股，占该次回购前公司已发行股本约0.0036%。每股回购价为12.63港元，合计涉资约37.89万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本由原先的839,388,111股减少至839,358,111股，库藏股数增至2,189,000股，总股本则继续维持在841,547,111股。
根据公告，康臣药业于2026年5月26日获得股东大会批准的股份购回授权，授权总额为84,120,311股。截至本次回购，已累计购回1,845,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总数的2.1933%。公司强调，此次回购行为符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定，并由公司董事会正式审议通过。
公告同时披露，自2026年6月24日开始的30天内（即截至2026年7月24日），未经香港联交所批准，康臣药业将不会发行任何新股或出售、转让任何库藏股份，亦不会公布此类计划。上述公告由公司秘书高海恩签署。
