本季度信息
据华润电力披露的最新公告，旗下拟分拆上市的华润新能源控股有限公司（“分拆公司”）在2026年第一季度实现营业收入约62.11亿元，同比下降2.81%。同期扣除非经常性损益后归属于母公司所有者的净利润约16.09亿元，同比下降31.06%。
截至2026年3月31日，分拆公司总资产约2,410.74亿元，较2025年12月31日的2,352.64亿元有所提升；总负债约1,451.05亿元，归属于股东的权益约926.34亿元。公告指出，由于分拆公司未构成本集团全部业务及经营业绩，且财务数据尚未经独立审计，因此不能代表华润电力在2026年第一季度的整体表现。公司强调，分拆及A股上市仍待获得中国证监会同意注册以及视乎市场状况而行。
