They are currently collaborating with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to draft guidelines aimed at enhancing supervision of intelligent connected and new energy vehicle recalls, as well as regulating promotional accuracy to combat false, exaggerated claims and irrational competition. Additionally, according to reports, in response to the lawsuit filed by the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) against NIO, a representative from NIO stated that the case is not a recent occurrence nor related to NIO's current business status, stemming instead from erroneous allegations made by the short-selling firm Grizzly Research LLC in a report released in June 2022. The report lacks basis and contains many inaccuracies, unfounded speculations, and misleading conclusions.
