United Overseas Australia Ltd (UOS) adjourned its annual general meeting on May, 28 2026 after determining that additional information on its board and management composition was required before proceedings could continue.
The company had earlier requested a trading halt and said it was not in a position to provide the necessary details during the meeting, prompting the adjournment.
The AGM is now scheduled to reconvene as a virtual event at 10:00 a.m. AWST on May, 29 2026. United Overseas Australia plans to issue a separate announcement later today with new access links for shareholders.
The board apologised for any inconvenience and said it looks forward to welcoming shareholders when the meeting resumes.
