2026年7月28日，中国中冶（股票代码：01618）发布翌日披露报表，宣布于当日在香港联交所以每股1.51港元至1.53港元回购H股149.2万股，占公司当日H股已发行股本约0.05255%，合计耗资约226.68万港元。同日，公司还于上海证券交易所以每股2.65元至2.67元人民币回购A股977.4万股，占公司当日A股已发行股本约0.05475%，合计耗资约2,599.64万元人民币。
本次回购完成后，中国中冶H股和A股暂未办理注销，已发行股本分别仍为28.39亿股及178.5261917亿股。公司已于2026年6月29日获得可购回2.839亿股的授权，截至目前合计已回购约3,381.5万股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约1.19109%。公司确认，本次股份回购已获董事会正式授权，符合香港联合交易所及相关法律法规的要求。公告由联席公司秘书常琦签署。
