迈越科技（02501.HK）近日发布公告称，拟于2026年6月4日召开的股东周年大会上，提请股东批准一项新的一般授权，允许公司在一定期间内回购最多相当于已发行股本总数10%的股份。
公告显示，迈越科技在开曼群岛注册成立，股份在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市。若有关授权获批，董事会可于香港联交所或其他合规交易场所回购公司股票，规模最高不超过现有已发行股本的10%。公司强调，此次回购所需资金将来自可自由动用的现金流或营运资金，并依照开曼群岛法律及香港上市规则相关规定进行。董事会认为，回购计划有助于提升每股股份的资产净值与收益水平，并符合公司及全体股东的最佳利益。
公司计划于2026年5月29日至6月4日暂停办理股份过户登记，并将2026年6月4日确定为股东大会的投票记录日。议案如获批准后，上述授权将自通过之日起至下次股东周年大会结束之日，或公司章程及开曼群岛公司法规定的最后期限届满之日止有效。董事仍将密切关注资本市场情况，并视实际经营和资金状况决定是否以及何时行使该回购许可。
