On September 30, 2026, Ching Bor Tung elected to receive the interim dividend of XINYI GLASS (00868) by way of scrip shares at a value of HK$8.57 per share, resulting in an acquisition of 6.59 million shares. This is an off-exchange corporate action, not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, Ching Bor Tung's long position in XINYI GLASS was 415.82 million shares, representing 9.39%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 422.40 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 9.5%.
