阜丰集团(00546)公布，于2026年5月29日举行的股东周年大会上，全部决议案获正式通过，其中包括批准截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股10.7港仙及特别末期股息每股1.5港仙。
根据安排，公司将于2026年6月4日至6月5日（包含首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记手续。为符合获派股息的资格，所有股份过户文件连同相关股票最迟须于2026年6月3日下午4时30分前，交回公司的香港股份过户登记分处卓佳证券登记有限公司。确定股东可获股息权利的记录日期为2026年6月5日，上述股息预计于2026年6月30日或前后向当日名列股东名册的股东派付。
此次股东周年大会同时通过了重选董事、续聘核数师及多项一般性授权等议案。
