期内经营溢利为1627万元，同比减少73.6%；除税前溢利1607万元，同比减少73.9%。净利润为1139万元，同比下降77.7%；其中归属于公司权益持有人的净利润为1034万元。基本每股收益2.8仙，上年同期为13.3仙。董事会决定本期不派发中期股息。
分地域看，香港地区实现外界客户收入1.84亿元；中国内地实现1.33亿元。香港地区经调整税前息前溢利3997万元，中国内地为7584万元。
财务状况方面，截至2026年6月30日，集团现金及银行存款余额为2.58亿元；流动负债1.04亿元；流动资产净值3.07亿元。期末总贷款370万元，与去年底基本持平；资产净值6.90亿元，贷款比率0.01。
公告称，面对地缘政治不确定性及成本压力，集团将继续关注销量巩固、品牌建设及运营效率。
