KEEP（股票代码：03650）于2026年4月9日发布公告称，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股20万股，占当日已发行股本的0.039218%，每股回购价介乎2.93港元至2.98港元，总涉资约59.24万港元。
公司披露，本次回购基于2025年6月25日通过的购回授权。授权范围共计51,443,658股，此前公司已在不同日期累计回购3,674,400股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本约0.714257%。截至2026年4月9日，公司已发行股本维持于509,975,987股，库藏股数为300,000股，合计510,275,987股。
公司同时确认，上述交易已获得董事会授权，并遵守了香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由主席、执行董事及首席执行官王宁签署。
