NOVAUTEK (00519) surged over 30% in morning trading. As of press time, the stock was up 28.3% to HK$0.136 with a turnover of HK$4.5765 million.

On the news front, NOVAUTEK announced that on August 12, 2025, its subsidiary Novautek Intelligent Driving Limited entered into a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding with Malaysia's Mach 1 AI Robotics & Automation SDN BHD. (referred to as "Mach 1 Group"). The two parties will collaborate in the artificial intelligence (AI) robotics field and plan to promote the application and implementation of related technologies in Malaysia and Southeast Asian markets.

This cooperation marks the group's further acceleration of its globalization strategy implementation, driving both domestic and global markets in tandem to effectively enhance the group's overall competitiveness.

According to the cooperation memorandum, Novautek Intelligent Driving and Mach 1 Group will jointly promote government and commercial cooperation based on AI RaaS comprehensive solutions in the Malaysian market, foster regional ecosystem development, and actively expand multi-scenario applications including airports, hospitals, and hotels.

Both parties plan to deepen collaboration in AI robotics products, services, and comprehensive solutions, establishing a deep partnership to achieve mutual benefits.
