North Mining advised registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of the 2025 Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form are now accessible on both the company website (http://www.northmining.com.hk) and the HKEX news portal (http://www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders may, at no cost, elect to receive future corporate communications either as online documents or in printed form. Those who previously opted for the online version but now require printed copies can submit the enclosed Change Request Form (Part A) to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, using the pre-paid mailing label.

To permanently alter the language or method of receipt for forthcoming communications, shareholders should complete Part B of the same form and return it to the registrar.

Corporate communications defined by the company include directors’ reports, audited annual and interim financial statements, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
