2026年8月7日，NATIONAL ELEC H（00213）公告称，公司原计划于2026年8月7日或之前向股东寄发有关收购物业的主要交易通函，现因需额外时间编制并落实通函所载若干资料（包括债项声明及营运资金充足声明），已向香港联交所申请并获准豁免严格遵守上市规则第14.41(a)条。
根据公告，通函寄发日期将由原定的2026年8月7日顺延至2026年8月25日或之前。
此次公告由董事会主席李源清代表董事会发布。截至公告日期，公司执行董事包括李源清、李本智、李本義、李源初及卫光远；非执行董事为李源如；独立非执行董事为陈国伟、孙大为及Pius Ho。
