根据公司公告，复旦张江2026年第一季度实现营业收入1.49亿元，同比下降17.15%。经调整净利润（扣除非经常性损益后）为-319.61万元，上年同期为-330.48万元。公告显示，本季度经营活动产生的现金流量净额为-666.12万元，同比下降196.81%。研发投入总额约5301.45万元，占营业收入比重为35.57%，较去年同期46.73%降低11.16个百分点。
从成本结构来看，本季度销售费用约7293.26万元，管理费用约1032.17万元。研发投入比重依旧较高，但投入金额同比减少36.94%，主要是由于临床、研究用材料及委外研发费用较去年同期减少所致。
