Capital Realm Financial Holdings Group Limited (the Company) announced that it received a winding-up petition on January 26, 2026. The filing, made on January 22, 2026 at the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region by a creditor, involves an outstanding principal sum of HK$2,903,667, plus interest. A hearing is scheduled for April 8, 2026 at the Hong Kong High Court.

The share transfer process through the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited could also be affected if services are temporarily suspended.
The Company’s board of directors stated that there are sufficient resources to settle the debt in full and that its operations remain unaffected. Legal advice is being sought regarding the petition, and the Company plans to communicate with the creditor in an attempt to resolve the matter. Further announcements will be made should significant developments occur.
