GEEKPLUS-W (02590) has announced that former shareholder Marcasite Gem Holdings Limited has divested its entire holding in the company.
According to a board notification, Marcasite sold 48.9154 million shares, representing approximately 4.78% of the company's total issued share capital.
Following the completion of this transaction, Marcasite no longer holds any shares in the company and has ceased to be a shareholder.
