Rex International Holding Limited (5WH) said its substantial shareholders – Limea Ltd., RIToN Holding Ltd., Hans Lidgren, Cresta Group Ltd. and Dr Karl Lidgren – have filed notifications on Mar, 13 2026 reflecting a change in their percentage interests following a new share issue by the company.

On the same day, Rex International allotted 40.08 million new ordinary shares to Eagle Harbor Multi-Strategy Master Fund Limited and BB Special Opportunities Fund Ltd., increasing the company’s issued share capital to 1.356 billion shares from 1.316 billion previously.

Because the number of shares held by the notifying parties remained unchanged, their collective interests were diluted. For example, Limea Ltd.’s stake declined to 33.34 percent from 34.36 percent, while RIToN Holding Ltd., Hans Lidgren, Cresta Group Ltd. and Dr Karl Lidgren each reported corresponding reductions in their percentage holdings.

No shares were bought or sold by the substantial shareholders in connection with this event; the change arose solely from the enlarged share base after the placement.
