UMP (00722) announced that on October 9, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, UMP Professional, entered into the 2026 Chow Tai Fook Life Medical Service Agreement with Chow Tai Fook Life. The agreement covers the provision and management of medical services by UMP Professional (or its applicable affiliates) to Chow Tai Fook Life members and/or Chow Tai Fook Life family members. The agreement will be renewed for a period of two years and six months starting from January 1, 2026.
