公告显示，公司将依据开曼群岛公司法和香港上市规则使用合法资金来源进行股份购回，具体可视市场情况与资本管理需求，选择将回购的股份持作库存股份或予以注销。董事会认为，此举有助于提升股东回报并优化资本结构，符合公司及股东的整体利益。回购价格将视市况而定；过去十二个月间，火岩控股股份在联交所的最高收市价为3.16港元，最低收市价为1.48港元。
股东周年大会拟于2026年6月5日下午4时在新加坡召开，董事会建议股东于2026年6月1日下午4时30分前办理股份过户登记，以便在大会上行使表决权。公司强调，购回授权仅于董事确认符合公司及股东利益的情况下执行。
