AIMS APAC REIT (O5RU) published a revised Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP), effective May, 7 2026, detailing the terms under which unitholders can opt to receive fully paid units in place of cash distributions. All holders of the Singapore-listed trust’s units—other than certain overseas investors restricted by local securities regulations—are eligible to participate.

The DRP allows partial or full participation for each qualifying distribution, with units issued at a price not exceeding a 10% discount to the volume-weighted average price of AA REIT units traded on the Singapore Exchange during the ten market days up to and including the relevant record date. Units allotted through the plan will rank pari passu with existing units and will not attract brokerage, stamp duty or other transaction costs under current Singapore regulations.

Unitholders must submit a Notice of Election by the deadline specified for each distribution to participate, and the manager reserves the right to determine whether the DRP applies to any given payout, modify its terms, or cancel its application before allotment. Approval for listing and quotation of the new units on the SGX-ST is pending. Overseas unitholders who have not provided a Singapore address will be excluded from the offer, and all participants are reminded to consider potential obligations under the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers.
