本次回购依据2025年5月28日公司通过的股份购回授权展开，相关授权总额为81,304,191股。截至公告日，公司累计回购股份685,598股，占该授权通过时已发行股本的约0.25298%。公司确认本次交易遵守上市规则及相关法规要求。
