During the Spring Festival period, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is continuing its "Gift to Qaidam" series of consumer promotion activities. The campaign offers shopping vouchers and subsidies in sectors including supermarkets, dining, home appliances, automobiles, and digital products, providing tangible benefits for consumers across the prefecture and boosting shopping enthusiasm.

The first round of promotions, titled "Gift to Qaidam · Warm Winter Shopping Season," has already been launched. It includes four major events: the Haixi Prefecture New Year Shopping Festival, the Mangya City "New Year and Spring Festival · Warm Winter Shopping Season" event, the Tianjun County "Warm Winter Benefits" home appliance promotion, and the Tianjun County retail and dining promotion. These activities offer multiple discounts for residents purchasing goods for the Lunar New Year.

The second round, named "Gift to Qaidam · Warm Spring Shopping Season," will begin in early March. It will focus on subsidies for purchasing new automobiles, home appliances, and digital products, as well as distributing electronic vouchers for supermarkets, restaurants, and fuel retail. The goal is to further stimulate consumer spending and strengthen market confidence.

Participation in the promotion is convenient and flexible. The first round is mainly conducted through online platforms such as the UnionPay App, where consumers can download the app, obtain coupons, and enjoy instant discounts at designated offline merchants. The second round will implement differentiated subsidy policies: automobile purchase subsidies will be tiered based on the vehicle price, home appliance and digital products will offer discounts based on purchase amounts at physical stores, and supermarkets, dining, and fuel retail will provide small-value instant discount vouchers.
